Crafting habit-forming experiences through design experiments

I am a strategic and service designer who transforms visions, strategies, and theories into practical experiences and solutions that simplify and enhance people's lives.
My driving curiosity revolves around the question,
"What makes people tick?"
I use journey mapping and process design to immerse teams in users' experiences, generating and prioritising assumptions, framing research questions and strategies, and bringing prototypes in front of the eyes of the people we design for.
I am the glue between multi-disciplinary teams, enabling them to co-create meaningful solutions together.
Currently, I’m working on experience journey mapping frameworks and processes to help business and design teams balance business, people, and planet-centric approaches in the Personal Health category at Philips.

A formidable service designer, she is also strong in strategic and UX design, as well as design research.
Axelle Ducos
Philips Women's Health Venture Leader
Structured, being able to handle large amount of data and turn them into a useful tool for the team. Thanyawan took the lead to create the user journey, and nearly single-handedly turned lots of disparate documents for the full team
Axelle Ducos
Philips Women's Health Venture Leader
Thanyawan is a key linking pin between Design and the other functions (Research, Product and Development). This is a great skill that helps team move forward together.
Boris Romeo
Philips Topical Venture Lead
Driving team creative process from business brief to concept creation, I particularly enjoyed the autonomy she showed during the validation process. She not only finds the answers, but more importantly, identify what are the key questions to answer. Always prioritise customer experience!!
Hanna Spelt
Behavioural Change Scientist, Philips
Thanyawan has a difficult but very important bridging role between Design and Research. She comes across as happy and easily approachable. This is admirable considering the pressure is sometimes so high.
